Job Purpose
The Director Industrial Services will lead KBR’s multi-project O&M projects in all aspects of P&L and project execution for a multi-country, multi-project industrial services business.
Responsibility
- Conducts all business in accordance with KBR Zero Harm and HSSE culture, with responsibility for overall HSSE performance
- Under limited supervision, manages and oversees the delivery of KBR’s Industrial Services (O&M) projects
- Reviews, approves and monitors work plans, budgets and staffing levels for each project
- Manages overall P&L and project finances for collective Industrial Services business
- Oversee each projects adherence to operating budgets and ensures financial accountability for each project
- Manages client relationships, up to top levels of client organizations
- In conjunction with Sales, conducts business development activities for existing and potential clients
- Participates in the development on proposals/ tenders for new work and existing project extensions
- Responsible for the coordination of initiatives and practices to improve maintenance and equipment reliability, and their implementation across projects
- Establishes work plans, budgets and staffing for projects
- Responsible for management of overall Work Management processes and monitoring performance through KPI’s and Managing Metrics
- Special projects as required
Experiences, Qualifications Requirements
- Background check is required for this position.
- Bachelor’s Degree OR Equivalent in engineering
- Growth oriented leader with a minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible Industrial Services/ Maintenance work experience in in the Energy Industry; with a minimum of 7 years of top leadership over large-scale projects, preferably over multiple projects in multiple locations/ countries
- Working knowledge in the Industrial Services sector, preferably in Middle east, with a proven track record of planning and coordinating the activities of major brownfield projects
- Possesses strong leadership Skills
- Able to manage multi-site and multi-cultural workforces
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify proper priorities of maintenance activities in an high activity environment
