Job Description
Role Purpose:
The job holder will play a critical role in our organization, bridging the gap between our business objectives and technology solutions while leading and facilitating our Scrum team. He/She will lead the execution for a robust digital ecosystem, including identifying business needs, support identifying strategical partners, ensuring building those solutions, and integrating them seamlessly within our existing systems. We are seeking a dynamic individual who excels in both analytical thinking and scrum mastering, with a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities:
1- Solution identifying and scoping;
- Work with Digital Ecosystem Innovation team
- Work closely with Business teams and partners
- Lead a multidisciplinary Business Analysis and Scrum Master team
2- Scrum Master Leadership;
- Lead the Scrum team in adopting and implementing Agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate Scrum meetings such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Identify and remove obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress towards sprint goals.
- Coach team members on Agile best practices, promoting collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Monitor and report project progress,
3- Business Analysis Team leading;
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Conduct feasibility studies, impact analyses
- Develop detailed business requirements documents and user stories
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
4- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication;
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other key stakeholders
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues
Skills
- Experience in technology services/ business analysis and/or healthcare industries
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with a track record of successfully leading Scrum teams.
- Advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are highly desired.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the technology or software development industry.
- Mastering with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare IT systems or digital technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to lead a multidisciplinary Business Analysis and Scrum Master team
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
