The Role
Job Purpose & Objectives: - Providing design support for optimal soil improvement & Piling solutions; preparing & submitting offers / tenders; building and maintaining client relations, including face to face meetings - Coordinating/supporting the development of work schedule, providing technical support to the site team Duties and Responsibilities: - Receiving, analyzing and processing enquiries from potential customers. - Design of Piles and soil improvement through various techniques as per requirement; conducting accurate design calculation and technical assessment. - Attend technical meetings with clients, consultants and authorities at any stage before during and after the project; justify company’s approach of project solution - Preparing initial work schedule, estimates, work drawings and organizing activities for in time and effective completion of project - Assist in planning resources requirements for project; assist project managers in successful delivery of projects - Preparing work schedule, work drawings, project documents including method statement, design and technical proposals and organizing activities for in time and effective completion of project - Comparing contract and actual cost estimates and taking necessary action on big difference if arising. - Support site operations team with design and review work on project site.

Requirements
Qualification: - Civil / Geotechnical Engineer Experience: - 6-7 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering; experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred Knowledge: - Ground Improvement methods (Vibro, Stone Columns, Dynamic Compaction, and Dynamic Replacement), Piling & excavation support methods Language: - Good command of English language both written and spoken; knowledge in Arabic is an advantage
