Data Privacy Expert
Technical:
Delivery:
- Good functional knowledge of key data protection regulations e.g. GDPR , PDPLand security standards e.g. ISO27001
- Strong Telecom Background.
- Good understanding of PDPL, CITC and NDMO regulations and Laws.
- Experience of data security solutions and tools and fit to IT architectures (Encryption, Masking, Data discovery/Classification, DLP etc.)
- Practical experience of conducting Security Risk Assessments / reviews for data security controls, processes and services.
- Good with ROPA, Customer Rights, Consent etc
- Experience with any Privacy Tool – Eg One Trust
- Aware of tools and technologies around data protection, data scanning, end point protection etc.
- Proven experience of defining suitable data protection / security controls
- Ability to develop approaches/options for solution delivery and experience in implementing data protection solutions
- Experience of successfully creating DG data protection policies, guidance notes, establish templates
- Understanding of Collibra Tool is an added advantage
- Good communication with confidence
- Ability to rapidly pick up and understand project landscape through involvement in project meetings
- Able to get along with a cross section of personalities
- Able to demonstrate adapting to different environments quickly
- Broad experience of conduction workshop & organizing workshops
- Experience in conducting training is desirable
- Keep his/her manager and stakeholders updated

- Ability to propose solutions on complicated requirements and the acceptable delivery
- Future thinking while proposing solutions
- Highly organized and structured
- Naturally keep a documented audit trail
- Able to prioritize the work & deliverables
- Data Protection SME role . Define and develop DP standards, polices, processes and procedures . Define Data Protection technical controls for applications, define Data breach , DLP etc. Work closely with Cyber Security to streamline the process.
