Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and addressing inquiries related to our services. A background in warehouse operations is required to help facilitate smooth communication between customers and our warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Provide information regarding order status, shipping, and product availability.
Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and product returns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s system.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and handle any additional requests.
Assist with preparing and sending customer reports when needed.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally with a background in warehouse operations or logistics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Experience using customer service software and warehouse management systems is preferred.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
