Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving brand awareness, creating impactful marketing campaigns, and developing strategies to reach our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing team to coordinate and execute both digital and traditional marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, email).
Manage and create content for social media platforms and company website.
Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visuals for marketing materials.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Conduct market research and gather data on customer preferences, needs, and purchasing habits.
Optimize content for SEO and manage PPC campaigns.
Track and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and other company events.
Maintain relationships with external vendors and media outlets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or digital marketing role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media platforms).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
