Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute comprehensive commercial strategies that align with JASARA's overarching objectives.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Lead negotiations and contract management processes, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with the highest standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to prepare compelling proposals and bids while overseeing pricing strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and government entities.
• Guide and mentor the commercial team to enhance performance and achieve project goals.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform business development strategies.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 20 years of relevant experience in commercial management or business development, ideally within the construction or civil engineering sector in the middle east.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, capable of fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Demonstrated history of successful business strategy development and implementation.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in financial planning, contract negotiation, and risk management.
• Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and regulatory landscape is highly advantageous.
