Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's market reach
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with the product development team to identify and develop new products and services
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and network with potential clients
- Provide technical support and expertise to clients and internal teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development in a technical or engineering environment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing successful business strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
