BIM Modular Specialist - Electrical

Position Overview
We are looking for a BIM Modular Specialist to join our design and engineering team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the creation, management, and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, with a focus on modular construction. If you are passionate about driving innovation in modular construction through BIM technology, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation, development, and coordination of BIM models for modular construction projects.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate integration of designs.
Manage and update 3D models, ensuring they meet the highest quality and technical standards.
Oversee the implementation of BIM execution plans, workflows, and standards.
Ensure project documentation is compliant with BIM protocols.
Facilitate clash detection and resolve any design inconsistencies through BIM software.
Provide technical support and training to the project team on BIM technologies.
Coordinate with external consultants and contractors for successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical
3+ years of experience working with BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Auto CAD, etc.).
Strong understanding of modular construction methodologies.
Experience in managing and developing BIM models for large-scale construction projects.
Solid understanding of clash detection, 4D simulation, and BIM coordination.
Strong technical skills in drafting and modeling, with proficiency in Revit, Auto CAD, and Navisworks.
Excellent organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Desired Skills

Experience with prefabrication and offsite construction methods.
Knowledge of advanced BIM techniques and emerging technologies.
BIM certification is a plus.
