BIM Engineer - Civil (Saudi National)
Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM Engineer - Civil (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will get to perform basic to moderate design/drafting assignments as per designer instruction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BIM principles and practices, as well as experience in using BIM software to create and manage structural models.

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM Engineer - Civil (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will get to perform basic to moderate design/drafting assignments as per designer instruction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BIM principles and practices, as well as experience in using BIM software to create and manage structural models.
What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and maintain BIM standards and procedures.

Create and manage 3D BIM models of structural components.

Coordinate and collaborate with other engineers to ensure that BIM models are accurate and consistent.

Use BIM to analyze and design structural systems.

Generate BIM-based reports, sheets and drawings.
-
Stay up to date on the latest BIM technologies and trends.

Assisting on project work - modeling and detailing as well as assisting the project teams in BIM projects

Create models by utilizing BIM software (Revit, dynamo).

Generate models in Autodesk Revit.

Assist the designer to create the models in BIM software.

Collaborate with architects and engineers on projects.

Ability to understand technical drawings and plans.

Collaborate and communicate with other disciplines on coordination issues and model development tasks.

Able to produce scheduling and quantity extraction from the model.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering from an accredited university/institution is required.

2+ years of work experience using BIM software is required. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Work experience in a multinational environment would be advantage.
