Job Overview
Asset & Inventory Officer is responsible for verifying equipment against of EPCL prior shipment to wellsite, at wellsite (as part of audits) and upon return of equipment back to base. Reporting discrepancies to direct manager.
Responsibilities:
Process shipping, receiving and inventory issue transactions, re-class from inventory to assets as well as any disposals in a timely manner.
Conduct all transactions related to parent/child asset relationships accurately and in a timely manner
Verify equipment against of EPCL prior shipment to wellsite.
Report discrepancies to direct manager
Manage the certification and inspection of testing measuring detecting equipment
Audits of Equipment upon return to base
Skills:
Knowledgeable of MPD Equipment and its component.
Prepare, Upload, and Digitize EPCL (in Microsoft Excel or other format required) of all MPD / RCD Package.
Follows and implement WFRD QHSE guideline to deliver the work at all time.
Work Independently under yard or workshop area (80% of work tasks shall be in the workshop or yard).
Capable to perform EPCL update and equipment audit at wellsite when require.
Work with QA/QC, R&M Team, and Workshop Foreman to maintain TMDE validity and Inspection Reports.
Ability to work overtime when required.
Have Strong Communication Skills.
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI
Qualifications:
Minimum diploma graduate
