The Role
Job Description - Monitor application performance to ensure high availability and optimal user experience. - Troubleshoot and diagnose application issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with development and operations teams to address performance bottlenecks. - Implement and maintain application performance management strategies. - Ensure effective network monitoring to support application functionality. - Document incidents, resolutions, and performance metrics for analysis. - Participate in on-call support rotations to address critical application issues.
Requirements

Technical Skills - Proficiency in monitoring tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, and Solar Winds. - Experience with application performance management practices. - Knowledge of network monitoring techniques. - Scripting skills in languages such as Python or Bash for automation tasks. - Ability to troubleshoot complex applications and their dependencies.
