As a Technical Program Manager Intern, you will design product architecture and develop solutions to complex technical needs, while identifying trends in product quality and performance, to deliver on the roadmap. You will drive continuous improvement in quality, profitability, supportability and delivery, and act as in-house advocate for millions of people worldwide who use Microsoft products. Responsibilities
Program start date: June 2025
- Lead the development and implementation process for products and services typically involving large, complex cross-functional implementation with multiple internal teams or external partners.
- Responsible for specific features in our technology solutions for the full product cycle, working on the initial feature planning and design, managing the specifications of development, and monitoring on-going operations to better understand customer experiences.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure our products exceed customer expectations, while delivering on the roadmap.
- Communicate throughout the process to understand progress towards delivery, technical challenges, and to provide clarity on customer needs using a data driven approach.
- Demonstrate an ability to learn and adopt relevant new technologies, tools, methods and processes to leverage in your solutions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
- Must have at least one semester/term of school remaining following the completion of the internship
- You must be legally authorized to work in Romania to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorized = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit).
- Fluency in English.
- Product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development knowledge are preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
- Experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)
- Passion for technology and customer obsessed.
