We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help design and implement scenarios for our customers. You would receive significant mentoring and coaching as you help prioritize and unblock work for our big government sovereign environments.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and support features, experiences and solutions for highly scalable services.
- Develop high quality secure and compliant solutions.
- Support highly available services used by millions of users on a daily basis.
- Analyze how your features are performing in production to learn and make the product better.
- Pair and participate in code reviews with other engineers in your team.
- Collaborate with partner teams to meet the engineering goals in a unified manner.
- Contribute to significantly improving the security rigor of our system to be best-in-world.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field + solid technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, Java Script, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good system design, algorithmic skills, good knowledge of data structures.
- Solid debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross team and collaborate with others.
- Experience with building cloud-scale infrastructure components.
- Awareness & passion related to cloud scale monitoring and big-data analysis.
- Proven track record of delivering projects that include multiple components.
- Ability and eagerness to work across and partner with multiple engineering teams to achieve business goals.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, prior experience working on C#, and Power Shell or other scripting technologies (Python, GO..).
