Mission

The Support and Configuration Engineer is responsible throughout the duration of the project for installing, upgrading, or maintaining Multi Cash Banking App on the Client’s computers in accordance with process rules. Will play a critical role in meeting the project milestones and finalizing the planned upgrade by the project deadline

Responsibilities:

Install and configure software and hardware
Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
Set up accounts and workstations
Manage databases, document processes and systems
Update technical documentation and contribute to IT projects

Profile

Proven experience as a Support and Configuration Engineer or similar role
Category B Driver’s License is mandatory
Experience with Multi Cash banking app is a plus
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
Excellent communication skills
BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; professional certification is a plus
