You, as a Solution Engineer, must possess a winning combination of business and technical skills, with the ability to present and demonstrate our solutions to a broad spectrum of audiences while building strong relationships throughout the entire sales cycle.
This role is based in Bucharest and will eventually require some travel.

The Senior Solution Engineer will focus on partnering with the Account Executive to generate revenue with technical ownership of the opportunity pursuits throughout the sales cycle.
You, as a Solution Engineer, must possess a winning combination of business and technical skills, with the ability to present and demonstrate our solutions to a broad spectrum of audiences while building strong relationships throughout the entire sales cycle.
This role is based in Bucharest and will eventually require some travel.
- Deliver on Ui Path’s value propositions in a persuasive and executive manner
- Demonstrate ability to transform strategic business challenges to Ui Path capabilities
- Articulate high level solutions to fit client needs and environment during a deal process
- Learn the benefits of new and exciting technologies and how to integrate with Ui Path
- Drive end-user adoption of Ui Path products through events, seminars, webinars, technical training, and other activities as appropriate
- Work closely with the Customer Success and Professional Services teams to make solutions a reality for the customer

Support Marketing initiatives through evangelism activities, including writing blogs, speaking in
Ui Path webinars and other industry events - Contribute to clients’ business objectives by offering an industry-relevant perspective on markets and industries
- Lead technical engagements across the sales process
- Ability to work in harmony with the Ui Path values; Humble, Bold, Immersed, and Fast
- Good balance of sales, business, and technical skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships that will be significantly leveraged in driving additional business
- Ability to influence client technology decisions with a Ui Path solution
- Ability to validate proposed solutions and architectures, and create appropriate messaging for sales and technical staff
- Fluent written and spoken English and Danish. Other Nordic languages is an advantage.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Previous experience working with Ui Path, or another RPA platforms is desirable
