At Ui Path we're passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our employees. As part of the Global Employee Experience Team, you'll play a key role in bringing our unique culture to life and fostering a strong sense of community.
Our team focuses on four main pillars:
Enable our Culture & Belonging: Crafting programs that connect Ui Pathers and nurture a feeling of belonging, including recognition initiatives, live and virtual events, and coordinating
People Unity Councils (our version of Employee Resource Groups).
Listening & Acting on Feedback: Gathering insights through surveys and data analysis and collaborating with HR Business Partners and leaders to make impactful improvements.
Delivering People-First Experiences: Designing seamless, end-to-end programs that enhance every stage of the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding.
Driving Social Impact: Giving back to our communities through volunteering, donations, and sustainability initiatives, and contributing to our impact reporting.
As an Employee Experience Program Manager, you'll be pivotal in enhancing the employee journey and promoting a culture of inclusion and belonging. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement programs that make every stage of the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—a delightful experience.
What you'll do at Ui Path:
Enable our Culture & Belonging:
- Upscale our global Recognition programs, to embed gratitude into our culture
- Support People Unity Councils in designing the strategy for their communities
Listening & Acting on Feedback:
- Help drive our listening strategy to understand what's working well and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, leaders, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute action plans based on feedback
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive positive change
Delivering People-First Experiences:
- Design seamless, end-to-end programs in partnership with People Operations, Facilities, IT and other stakeholders
- Create programs that make every stage—from comprehensive onboarding support to thoughtful offboarding—a positive experience
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistency and inclusivity
Drive Social Impact:
- Coordinate global initiatives, including volunteering events, donation campaigns, and sustainability efforts
- Contribute to our annual impact report, highlighting our community commitments and achievements.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Solid experience (6+ years) in HR, ideally with some exposure to employee experience, employee engagement or DEI
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects
- Proficient in data interpretation with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans
- A growth mindset, with an ability to adapt, pivot, and change when needed while maintaining a positive attitude
- An ‘owner mindset’ with a strong willingness to move beyond the challenges and come up with solutions
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and inclusive approach. Comfortable speaking in public, adapting to different types of stakeholders
- Creative thinker with a talent for designing engaging programs that resonate with diverse teams
- Excellent written and spoken English knowledge
- Nice to have: Design thinking knowledge, experience with survey and analytics tools (Qualtrics, Excel).
