Responsibilities
Support the development and deployment of invoice- and expense management systems.
Analysis of the requirements of our Business Units (Land, Air, Ocean, CL/SCM) towards our global standard solutions
Support improving and harmonization of processes in collaboration with SGBS, the business units and the Regions, Clusters and Countries for invoice and expense management
Coordinate test activities on all levels (BVT, UAT and others) with Business Units and Business Functions
Providing trainings and onboarding for new applications and prepare the relevant documentation.
Support the Finance Global Process Owner Organization
Monitoring of related KPIs.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of Project- and Roll-out management experience (implementation, testing, roll-out etc.)
Previous experience in finance/accounting environment is mandatory
Previous SAP experience is considered a plus
Independent and structured way of working and taking ownership of tasks
Excellent English language skills, additional; European languages are very beneficial
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Very good communication skills also on management level
Problem structuring
