• Manage employee requests for shift swaps, leave, or adjustments, and update the schedule accordingly while maintaining fairness and operational efficiency.
• Gather and address feedback from staff regarding scheduling issues, preferences, and work-life balance, aiming to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Use scheduling software and tools to track staff attendance, punctuality, and shift coverage.
• Produce reports on scheduling efficiency, attendance patterns, and workforce utilization to inform senior management and improve scheduling practices.
• Monitor KPIs related to scheduling, such as labour costs, overtime hours, and employee turnover, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:

• Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, such as overlapping shifts, missed shifts, or overstaffing, by reallocating staff as necessary.
• Manage any disputes or conflicts related to scheduling, including employee concerns over assigned shifts, by working with HR and team leads to find suitable solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in scheduling tools and techniques.
• Regularly review and refine scheduling processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance employee satisfaction.
