Your mission: as a SAP Business Analyst, will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP systems to meet business needs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, gather requirements, and design effective SAP solutions.
You will also serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of SAP projects and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into SAP requirements SAP S/4HANA
- Maintaining master data within SAP ERP systems
- Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and Implement business approved configuration to meet business requirements
- Perform gap analysis to determine the necessary customization for S/4HANA implementation or enhancement. Support integration of S/4HANA with other systems and ensure smooth data flows between modules and external applications
- Develop test scenarios, conduct unit and integration testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users
- Validate that SAP S/4HANA configurations meet business requirements and resolve any issues before deployment
- Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting within the S/4HANA environment
- Document system processes, configurations, and workflows for reference and future enhancements
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure business users are proficient in using SAP S/4HANA
- Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst with a focus on S/4HANA implementations and configurations
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining master data within ERP systems such as SAP
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially in master data modules
- Strong understanding of core SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., SAP FI, SAP CO (Controlling), SAP AA (Asset Accounting), etc.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration, configuration, and system integration
- Experience in business process modeling and optimization using S/4HANA
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the S/4HANA environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
- SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus
- Ability to work in a multicultural and distributed context (e.g., IT project teams and business stakeholders in disperse locations around the world
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (onsite, remote, international travel)
- Quick learner and easy adaptable to new technologies
- Problem solver and the ability to define and communicate the “big picture” in terms of the overall integration solution and break it down into smaller manageable work units.
Proven experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in S/4 HANA Finance
- Proven participation in large size projects with a delivery coordination role is a plus
- Core Finance background with Certification in S/4 HANA Finance or any automation/Innovation tool is a plus.
