Job Description

Developing and implementing activities that promote Business Information products, with responsabilities over:

• URBA Product champion
  • Be go-to person in for URBA, queries and assistance
  • Provide feedback from customers and sales colleagues
  • Qualify change requests, assess bugs and issues raised by users and raise AC-PRO tickets when required
  • Carry out user acceptance testing for new features and releases
  • Help roll out new release communications
  • Help with backlog prioritization
  • Feed ideas into future product development
  • Help deliver product training in region
• BI Satisfaction survey (NPS)
  • Coordination between group and countries samples collection and translations
  • Centralizing feedback and follow up activities with Account Managers in countries
• Coordination of CEE Insolvency Study and CEETOP500 projects
  • Preparation of kickoff documents and templates for stats delivery
  • Booklets and marketing assets preparation
  • Coordination with stakeholders in countries
  • Webinars planning and execution

• Developing and implementing activities that promote Business Information products (eloqua mailing, webinars, Linked In content, marketing campaigns, creating MKT materials )
• New products launch coordination for CER.

Qualifications

Experience with similar product at least 2 years;
Very good understanding of financial products and terms;
English language full professional proficiency;
Eloqua; Adobe Creative Pack: Indesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro.
