What to expect:
-
manage the end-to-end recruitment process according to the needs of the departments
-
post on specialized networks the vacancies
-
actively participate in job interviews and provide feedback after the interview
-
get involved in the on boarding process of the new employees and follow-up the integration of the recruited candidates
-
prepare and maintain up to date the recruitment specific reports
-
participate and organize together with the Recruiting team the job fairs
-
make proposals for improvement in the selection and recruitment process
What you bring along:
- Experience in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing candidates
- Economical, Marketing, Management, Human Resources or Engineering studies
- Knowledge of the automotive engineering sector, IT and SW industry is considered a plus
- High attention to details
- Communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Eagerness and curiosity in developing professional skills
- Good judgement and autonomy
- Proficient in Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Great knowledge in English and German
