We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
Junior Recruiter responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers. If you have experience evaluating candidates for roles of various fields and seniority levels, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Main areas of accountability:
Handle end-to-end recruitment projects;
Manage different recruitment databases and tools;
Provide various statistics and recommendations related to recruitment trends and challenges;
Conduct internal referral processes;
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process;
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill;
Employee counseling;
Support in all HR projects.
University degree (Psychology/ Sociology/ Economy);
At least 12 months work experience in a HR-related job;
Proven ability to work independently;
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
Initiative, result orientation;
Problem-solving capacity;
Above-average knowledge of English, good computer skills (Excel, Word).
