Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for global positions across various industries.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using different recruitment platforms and channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring timely communication with candidates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in global recruitment, ideally as a freelancer.
- Expertise in sourcing talent across different regions and industries.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
