Qualifications
Studies:and#xa0;University or High school Diploma;
Business fluent English;
Previous work experience in commercial/receivables environment;
Interested to work in: SAP (SD and FI module), MS Office (Excel) package;
Strong customer orientation;
Experience in working in/with an international team;
Interested in offering support for sales/commercial activities;
Reliable and efficient;
Willing to travel (1-2 weeks/quarter).

Main objective of the job:
Coordinates all commercial topics in line with customer requirements for top OEM/non-top OEM, Tier customers in an international environment.
Main attributions and responsibilities:
Collection and dispute management;
Allocation of deviations to GB and clarification of deviations;
Issue of credit/debit note for external customers;and#xa0;
Invoices special revenue (including tooling, application and calibration costs, logistics);
Processes warranty claim credit notes;
Tracks and monitors sales targets and measurement of sales performance;
Analyses credit worthiness;
Calculates and Monitors credit responsibility for cross-GB customers (including decision for advance payment or delivery stop);
Supports cross-divisional receivables topics;
Supports creation and maintenance of customer master data;
Supports general/non project specific customer requirements (e.g. logistics).
Coordinates access and manages customer portals for Bosch users;
Customer price entry maintenance;
Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
