What you can expect
- Assist in the understanding of global process through: coaching/mentoring
- Coordination of special training sessions
- Guide the project personnel in applying the process and methods by: preparing for key events such as E & G Gates
- Ensuring Essential Documents are managed prior to Gates
- Supporting Internal / External Assessments (ASPICE, IATF, Safety, etc.)
- Focusing on key engineering processes to support quality:
- Peer Reviews, Releases
- Coordinate the required tools as required by GEPMT such as: Codebeamer, Roll out of Codebeamer Trackers
- Ensuring use of tool for requirements and engineering planning activities
- Windchill
- Project Schedule
- Tool Implementation
- Key coordinator for process tracking/improving: Submission of Process Improvement Requests, Coordinating Tailoring (if applicable), Documentation and support submission of deviations
- Determine why gaps occur through findings of QA activities, and: Assist project in identifying closure activities to findings, Work on root cause for failures
- Commanding knowledge of GEPMT
- Understanding of basic tool implementation
- Exemplary communication skills
- High coaching/mentoring skills
- Ability to define improvement opportunities
- Self-organizer Ability to define process/activities
