Determine scope of change request, negotiate possible alternatives with internal & external participants, and manage details of change implementation
Manage the change according to internal standards (VS7, VS100)
Coordinate activities of Regional Change Leaders to implement the change for all affected customers
Use ECR PLM process to manage/enforce the change
Maintain CCB form
Maintain business case/ time schedule/ Risk assessment
Prepare global change implementation timing
Present progress of change
Set priorities to implement Changes
Manage presentation & review of change for CCB approval
Interact with other affected functions to manage the Change, Coordinate activities of Component Engineering, Supplier Quality, Business Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, and Plant Process Groups, as required
Manage change activities on a global basis, support global communications and 1P1P activities across all regions (Europe, North America, Asia)
Maintain point of contact with external suppliers affecting the change, coordinate supplier’s activities to support change requirements
Provide management with a clear status of change and change impacts
Communicate change implementation timing to suppliers
BS Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred
Preferred automotive experience
Organizational skills, open minded approach
Global networking & communication skills (internal/external/all levels/cultural awareness for regional support)
PLM General
Problem solving & analysis tools (4M, Change Point Analysis, FMEA, 8D, COP/Quality testing, 1P1P)
Knowledge of global customer expectations & requirements to implement changes
Fluent in English
Experience in MSoffice tools
