Project Manager
Job Purpose: To manage all assigned projects in the most efficient manner possible in order to ensure client retention, satisfaction and ultimately revenue growth. Through effective written and verbal communication ensure that project teams are clear to the scope, complexity and expectations of clients for all projects and that the clients are kept fully informed as to the progress, position and financial status of their projects.
About the Strategic Content Solutions (SCS)
The Strategic Content Solutions, part of RWS’s Language Services division, works closely with major accounts and clients of all sizes who are going global with specialized localization services. These services cover the entire localization spectrum, from translating content, media, and audio to creating engaging e Learning programs and transcribing highly impactful marketing campaigns. The SCS works closely with RWS’s Language e Xperience Delivery (LXD) platform, which includes 2,000 in-house linguists, and a network of more than 29,000 translators, who use RWS’s proprietary machine translation, AI, and translation productivity tools, to deliver a 24/7 service to clients.

- Organizing and motivating a project team
- Controlling time management
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Monitoring progress
- Managing reports and necessary documentation
Skills & Experience
- English language skills are needed at B2/C1
- Experience in localization project management
- Good level of understanding of the O365 product suite
- Ability to work with tools supporting teamwork
- Computer skills
- Organizational skills
- Analytical and problem solving abilities
- Attention to details and work under pressure
- Interest in languages and culture
