Procurement Specialist with Operative Car Fleet Administration
Responsibilities
- Purchase requisition verification and issuing of purchase orders in the SAP system and the e Procurement platform;
- Checking and agreeing on commercial conditions such as account assignments, payment terms, Incoterms;
- Deadline tracking and monitoring (including measures to ensure delivery dates);
- Complaint processing in the event of incorrect delivery and returns;
- Contact person in purchasing for order from corporate functions;
- Master data maintenance (creation and maintenance of supplier master data and info records);
- Creating new suppliers via the supplier portal and obtaining the necessary supplier data;
- Process documentation;
- Review and forward for approval of supplier invoices;
- Creating credit and debit notes;
- As a car fleet administrator the tasks are to efficiently, timely provide and purchase cars within the companies car policy;
- Keep track of documentation and status of cars and drivers;
- Optimize utilization of pool cars;
- Follow up on recurrent legal requirements like drivers license check.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Economics or similar;
- Experience in similar position or manufacturing industry;
- Fluent verbal and written English and German language skills;
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.);
- Experience in working with SAP and/or SRM tools represent an advantage;
- Independent and responsible way of working;
- Good communication skills and team spirit;
- Innovative mindset;
- Fact-driven and strong analytical skills;
- High ambition and customer orientation in the B2B area.
