Internship Accounts Payable
Responsibilities
- Performs supplier invoice/credit memo receipt, capturing and processing, using the system landscape in use;
- Supports local team in internal and external financial audits;
- Maintains the training documentation for the AP process (systems, processing rules, exceptions, etc.); updating it with the new information received from the supervisors/direct manager;
- Learns new processes, when asked by the team leader or if the current activity is requiring it, in accordance with preparation and experience;
- Provides support to other colleagues, when they require help to fulfill their daily activities;
- Assures ad hoc support for projects, initiatives.
Qualifications
- Finished or ongoing university studies in an economical field or similar;
- Hands-on mentality coupled with a 'can-do' attitude;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Fluency in English language;
- Good German Language Skills (min. B1);
- Strong communication skills, as well as team spirit;
- Enjoying working in an international and diverse environment.
