We are looking for People Technology Specialist, who would join our growing team in Bucharest. You would be responsible for handling process improvements, optimizations and automations, as well as using your expertise to support internal stakeholders.
Your responsibilities

Responsible for the setup and configuration of the functional area in Workday covering Master data, Security, Business Processes and Notifications.

Be the Business process owner for the functional area and ensure the functional processes are aligned with the strategy of the organization and fit for purpose.

Identify continuous process improvements, simplify and standardize the global processes and define process KIPs.

Continuously look for scope of automation and optimization. Run automation projects to enhance functional efficiency & improve value.

Engage in the bi-annual feature releases of the Workday platform and ensure continuous functional availability and enhancements.

Overall responsible for development, upkeep and availability of all training materials related to the functional area in all desired channels of support.

Provide expert guidance to all internal stakeholders within People & Sustainability on matters related to the functional area.
What you bring
-
At least 5 years of experience as Workday Techno Functional specialist.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / IT / Business Administration or equivalent
-
HR Process understanding.

HR Operations & Customer Experience.

Excellent communication skills in English.
