Management Accountant

OIA Global are looking for an experienced and ambitious professional Management Accountant for an exciting opportunity in Romania looking after other European branches for management accounting activities.

Key responsibilities:

Performing regular and ad hoc general ledger accounting tasks (accruals, mixed accounting, fixed assets etc.)
Checking and reconciling sub-ledger and general ledger statements
Participation in month-end closing (Balance Sheet reconciliation and P&L preparation and variance rporting)
Contributing to the preparation of Annual Financial Statement
Team work within group of General Ledger Accountants
Liaison with auditors, authorities, participation in external and internal audits
Ensuring compliance with local GAAP
Tax calculation, preparing of tax returns, payments (CIT, VAT)
Reconciliation of company tax accounts with the general ledger
Assisting in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation
Work closely with operations, participate and assist in implementation of new processes
Understand local requirement and setting/reporting tools, required in Workday.

What we need from you:

University degree in Finance would be advantageous
Qualifications as a chartered accountant – registration not needed
Professional experience in International environment (SSC experience) would be advantageous
Fluent in written and oral English is a requirement (daily practical use)
Knowledge of ERP (integrated business management system), Workday experience preferred, but not mandatory
High level MS Office skills- especially Excel spreadsheet
Strong communications skills
Ability to work in team and independently
Proactivity
Hungarian language is an advantage.
