Who we are looking for:

• You are familiar with the services and licensing models of Microsoft 365 and have extensive experience in the Microsoft Workplace environment.
  
• You enjoy maintaining and developing customer relationships.
  
• You have a keen interest in continuously developing your professional and technological knowledge.
  
• Strong knowledge of M365 applications, including Share Point, Teams, Exchange Online, and One Drive.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in English and German.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.
  
• Possession of relevant Microsoft certifications are a big plus, such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.

• Continuous Learning: Show a strong commitment to expanding your technical and technological expertise, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German with strong English communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with both local and international clients and colleagues.
