We are currently looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist for our Bucharest team.

Responsibilities
- Cooperate with the third-party logistics partners in tasks related to operations
- Update and maintain logistics databases and records
- Proper management of cars registration records
- Prepare documents for the registration of second-hand cars
- Purchasing and procurement from third party suppliers
- Manage relationship with local and interstate transport operators as per business needs
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
- University degree in Logistics, Economy, Automotive or any other relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive logistics /operations
- Proven track record in the automotive industry
- Ability to solve problems
- Excellent organizing skills and attention to detail
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/ Google workspace
- Good command of the English language (both written and spoken)
