LITIGATION MANAGER
The new role will be responsible of taking over the management of the litigations with suppliers, which suppose monitoring, analyzing, proposing solution, communicating with other services, demanding specific actions, with the final scope of reducing their solving time.
Key responsibilities:

- Taking over the monitoring of the litigations;
- Clarifying procedures and establish priorities;
- Analyzing the reports as a recurring activity;
- Analyzing specific files of litigations;
- Transmit information to the involved parties and demand actions;
- Push for resolution and alert when the case;
- Centralize, summarize and communicate with the management of the company and other services involved.
- Experience in a project management role;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
- Strong leadership, time management and organizational skills;
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs; (Selligent, SAP, etc.)
- Knowledge of the commercial activity (flows, procedures);
- Available to travel;
- Fluency in English & French.
