Job Responsibilities:
System Maintenance and Monitoring:
- Monitor system performance ️ and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Regularly update, patch, and maintain systems to keep everything running smoothly.
- Implement monitoring solutions to keep our systems in check.
- Test backup and recovery procedures to protect data integrity.
Network Management and Support:
- Troubleshoot network issues and perform upgrades .
- Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs for a secure network.
- Work with the Chief Security team to manage network security.
Server Management:
- Install, configure, and maintain both physical and virtual servers.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of server infrastructure.
User Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide top-notch technical support to end-users .
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions.
Software Management:
- Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.
- Manage software licensing and compliance.
Hardware Management:
- Oversee hardware assets and lifecycle, including procurement and maintenance ️.
- Coordinate repairs or replacements when needed.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with IT team members and other departments.
- Keep stakeholders informed about IT matters.
- Stay updated with the latest tech trends to recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Excellent English skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
- Customer-focused mindset for both internal and external clients.
