We are looking for experienced IT Operational Compliance Officer to design, maintain and enforce policies, guidelines and procedures that comply with legal requirements and ISO certification and protect our organization's computing infrastructure from all forms of security breaches. Top candidates will also be excellent communicators, able to train and educate our staff in various compliance, audit and information security topics.

Requirements:
a EUR- Bachelor's degree in law, engineering, economic or the equivalent combination of formal education, training, and/or IT operational compliance;
a EUR- Regular: 2+ year of work experience directly supporting IT operational compliance;
a EUR- Professional information security/ISO certification represents an advantage;

a EUR- Solid knowledge of various IT operational compliance:
o ASF Norms awareness
o DORA awareness
o Audit methodology awareness
o Standards: ISO 27001/27701 awareness
a EUR- Strong analytical abilities, interpersonal skills, and verbal / written communication;
a EUR- Ability to educate a non-technical audience about various compliance requirements;
a EUR- Experience working on a team to effectively respond to complex requests;
a EUR- Willingness to travel when required;
a EUR- Comfortable working in fast peace environments

Responsibilities:
a EUR- Design, maintain and enforce policies, guidelines, procedures for IT operational compliance;
a EUR- Identify IT related risks, maintain risk control matrix up to date;
a EUR- Maintain ISO 27001/27701 certification related documentation;
a EUR- Maintain DORA related compliance documentation;
a EUR- Maintain BCP and BIA;
a EUR- Attend and support IT related audit missions;
a EUR- Close monitor for the implementation of the IT related audit measures;
a EUR- Produce high quality materials, outcomes and timely service delivery;
a EUR- Suggest measures for mitigating, the risks of IT operational compliance;
a EUR- Able to train and educate our staff in various IT operational compliance requirements;
a EUR- Prepare and update training materials for IT operational compliance topics;
a EUR- Offer consultancy on IT operational compliance for other projects developed within the company;
a EUR- Collaborate with business teams to effectively predict, protect, and respond to IT operational compliance requirement;
a EUR- Maintain up to date the IT operational compliance posture of the company.
