Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in payroll and time management; more experience is highly preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Process Improvement Knowledge: Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and best practices.
- Compensation andamp; Benefits Knowledge: General knowledge of compensation and benefits analysis, implementation, and management.

Technical Competencies:
- SAP: Familiarity with SAP is highly desirable; however, candidates without SAP experience but strong in other areas will be considered.
- Excel: Proficient in Excel with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Project management experience or certification is a plus.
- Strong digital mindset with an interest in leveraging technology for process enhancement.

- Actively participate in salary review and bonus allocation processes, including preparing relevant documents and reports.
- Involved in reviewing salary bands and implementing compensation and benefits systems
- Proactively seek process improvements, supporting the development of digital tools for data transparency (Excel, Share Point, Power BI, etc.).
- Understand and comply with the company's internal regulations and all department-specific work procedures.
