You’ll also report to the Europe Region Cash Manager, member of the Europe Finance team, participate to financial data analysis and to the production of Budget & Reporting toward the Top Management of the Company.

Could you be the full-time FP&A Cash EU in Cluj-Napoca we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your valuable expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Radu Iepure (Consolidation and Group Controlling Manager, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside with smart, experienced, mature and assertive teammates.
You’ll also report to the Europe Region Cash Manager, member of the Europe Finance team, participate to financial data analysis and to the production of Budget & Reporting toward the Top Management of the Company.
We’ll look to you for:
- Ensure all financial data related to cash are collected, processed & analyzed in a timely manner;
- Report actual and forecasting/budgeting cash processes & planning to Europe cash Manager, interacting with cluster’s cash controllers;
- Provide with a 1st level of analysis to assess the reporting accuracy of the units;
- Prepare actively the first explanations of potential variations between actual data versus forecast or budget data;
- Participating in Weekly landing cash calls for H1/FY by preparing the templates, collecting the best estimate and consolidate the R&Os. Following up with the clusters on the weekly movement;
- Analyze the overdues, Down-payments, and cash in anticipations for the financial cycles;
- Support the Cash manager to prepare the Monthly Business Reviews;
- Support on the deployment of the new tools (e.g. Polaris);
- Participate to transversal initiatives such as, trainings, best practices exchanges.
All about you

- Finance degree or any other relevant discipline (Finance / Business / Economics related);
- 5+ years Experience in Finance / Accounting processes and systems;
- Proficiency in the use of Excel and Power Point, knowledge of SAP is a plus;
- Fluent in English; another European language would be a plus;
- Understanding and experience of general business understanding and complex multi-national organizations;
- Previous experience in accounting roles (AP, AR, CM, Treasury, GL, CL);
- Previous experience in Internal Control and Audit is a plus;
- Advanced tools experience is a plus (SAP GSI, Teranga, Qlikview, Polaris, Power Automate, Power Query);
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving;
- Strong communication abilities in handling time sensitive topics together with more senior positions (Local / Group);
- Comfort with financial data and ability to transform into clear/concise messages.
