We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our FP&A team in Bucarest (Romania). The role will be responsible for providing data analysis, financial modelling and insights to support the financial decision-making across our EEMEA organization. The Senior FP&A analyst will also participate in the strategic planning, budgeting and financial projections processes.
What you will do :

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.

Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.

Support and business partnering with the relevant stakeholders on the preparation of annual and quarterly financial projections, budget and strategic plan.

Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.

Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.

Assist in the evaluation of potential investments

Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What you need ?

Degree in Finance/Business related subjects or in Accounting

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (FP&A, Financial controller, Financial Analyst, etc.)

Knowledgeable in major accounting/reporting applications, financial modelling and systems.

Strong skills in MS Office suite

Fluent spoken and written in English Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English

Resourceful self-starter who does not require close supervision to meet tight deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
