Report Payroll costs per Business Unit completing all related budget, forecast and actuals processes, deliverables and drives financial remediation with the appropriate leadership team and cost center owners.
Partner with Cost center owners providing financial management support, value added analysis and insight, holding regular review meetings, providing timely cost center visibility and understanding, challenging & collating risks and opportunities.
Be responsible for budgeting process and business partnering
Participate in payroll costs reporting automatization projects
Complete ad hoc Projects related to Payroll Costs as necessary.
Descrierea postului
For that, we’d love it if you have:
University Degree in Finance / Business-Related field;
3 years of related FP&A / Controlling work experience is essential;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Power Point, Access and deep Excel skills;
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills;
Attention to details;
Ownership for your own work and actively seek for improvement opportunities;
Previous experience of Payroll costs analysis, also reporting might be a plus.
