- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads and various stakeholders
- Establish and maintain strong business control processes to ensure compliance and risk management
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
- Serve as a key liaison between finance and other departments, providing financial expertise and support to drive business results.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance.
- Prepare financial forecasts and advise on potential financial risks and opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations on cost control, revenue enhancement, and profitability improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between the finance department and other departments within AYVSC and global stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Preparing ad-hoc reports for the finance team and stakeholders.
- Managing other activities related to LPSC deliverables when requested (e.g., reporting activities, process analyses requested by the direct coordinator, quality control activities).
