Remarketing Specialist

Remarketing Team (Lease Plan) is looking for a new colleague as Remarketing Specialist, for a fixed period of time, as follows:
Main responsibilities:
- Processes of documents for returned cars (CIV, fiscal documents etc.)
- Process the information within CRI/NOLS and generate the invoice for B2B/B2C sales.
- Close the objects in the system, after cars are returned at the end of the leasing contract.
- Keep contact with car de-registration company on day-to-day activities.
- Manage the complaints received from B2B traders.
- Check and book invoices in the system for payment.
- Prepares periodically reports to management.
To be able to achieve all of this you need to have:
- University Degree – economical or in technical field.
- Experience in automotive or administrative field.
- Very good interpersonal skills.
- Speaks and writes fluently in local and English.
- Strong analytical skills and proven problem-solving attitude.
- Good relationship builder, leadership, shows respect in the interaction with the colleagues.
- Very organized person, works well under pressure, displays commitment and expertise.
- Good MS Office knowledge.
