Could you be the full-time Procurement Analyst with French in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise or in another related process in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to (Country Team Lead, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside your future colleagues who are dedicated, hard-working fun teammates. You will be in charge of aiding the buyers in their day-to-day tasks related to procurement operations. You will work closely with teams across the business (particularly the procurement and supply chain/project core teams – procurement teams on site and remote, financial team), while you will manage the correct recording of the quotations and much more. You’ll specifically take care ofrecording quotations and pricelists in the system, analysing demands and maintaining an updated and correct info record for the different materials, but also aiding the buyers with ad hoc procurement related tasks.
We’ll look to you for:
Resolve administrative issues related to purchase orders
Perform expediting/follow up activity for Purchase Order confirmation
Check and solve potential issues between Purchase Orders and System Information
Support Requests for Quotation (RFQ) in process specific tools
Investigate and solve assigned parked invoices
Maintain a positive and professional communication with stakeholders and suppliers
Create, update and maintain ERP systems
Being involved in process standardization, optimization, automation
Ensure compliance with Procurement Directives and legal policy

Education: Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business studies
Working experience: 0-3 years relevant experience

Ability to manage and prioritize own workload
