Data Entry Specialist - Temporary (Remote)
We Video is the leading full-cycle video learning platform for content creators, businesses of all sizes, and educational institutions. We have a current opening for a remote detail-oriented temporary Data Entry Specialist responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data in our Salesforce system
In this role, you will:

Accurately input and update data into Salesforce and other relevant systems.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data entered, identifying and correcting errors as necessary.
Maintain and organize records, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible.
Collaborate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies.
Generate reports from Salesforce as needed to support various departments.
Follow company data entry processes and standards to ensure consistency and quality.
Assist with data migration projects and other data-related tasks as needed.
Provide support to other team members with data-related queries and tasks.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
