In this role, you will:
- Review and assist with the completion of vendor forms/registrations to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Be vigilant in monitoring daily communications and promptly address any customer queries, while building meaningful relationships.
- Handle miscellaneous customer voicemails
- Fulfill requests for Certificate of Insurance promptly and accurately
- Collaborate on timely and accurate preparation of renewal quotes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, agreements, and renewals to monitor progress and reflect accurate forecasting
- Uphold data integrity and execute updates in Salesforce
- Be responsive to ad hoc sales requests to support the team
- College degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English
- Attention to detail, a well-structured approach to tasks, and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Demonstrated experience providing customer service and support in person and/or via phone and email
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple requests based on company and sales objectives and strategies
- Must be able to work in a high-energy sales team environment as a committed team player
- At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce CRM
