What we expect from you:
- Technology-related academic background with a solid understanding of IT, cybersecurity principles, risk management, and regulatory standards.
- Strong sense of ownership and client-focused consulting mindset.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as in team settings.
- Logical, structured thinking with an agile and flexible approach to problem-solving.
- Residency in Romania.
- Previous experience (internship or professional) in IT consulting, IT audit, or IT risk management.
- Cybersecurity certifications or training (e.g., Comp TIA Security+, ISACA, ISC2).
- Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT, or ITIL.
Your future role
- Contributing to Cybersecurity assessments and audits based on industry frameworks (ISO27001, NIST) and regulatory requirements (DORA, NIS2).
- Assisting with Cybersecurity risk assessments and controls evaluations.
- Supporting the management of Cybersecurity projects from initiation to execution.
- Engaging in consulting projects, including the development of cybersecurity strategies, data privacy consulting, and cybersecurity awareness training.
- Opportunity to collaborate on regional and European-level cybersecurity projects as part of expert team.
