Responsibilities:
conducting cybersecurity threat analysis and risk assessment for automotive electronic systems or vehicle features
conducting threat analysis and risk assessment reviews with electronic control unit (ECU) or system suppliers as needed
continuously monitoring and analyzing emerging cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities in the automotive industry
ensuring compliance with automotive cybersecurity standards and regulations, such as ISO 21434 and UN R155
preparing high quality technical reports and process documentation
developing and integrating software components framework on the interface between software modules and software platform
reporting out and/or escalating analysis results and identified risks to management and relevant stakeholders
working closely with product development (system, hardware, software) engineers and guide them on cybersecurity analysis activities
Qualifications:
BS/MS or equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or other related technical discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in threat analysis and risk assessment (TARA) in the automotive or Internet-of-Things (Io T) domain
Familiarity with operating principles of automotive control systems or electronics
Working knowledge of cybersecurity processes for product development (ISO 21434 or similar standard)
Strong communication skills in English
Familiarity with vehicle network communication protocols is a plus
Familiarity with automotive diagnostic protocols (e.g., ISO 14229) is a plus
Background in cybersecurity vulnerability analysis and management is a plus
Background in cybersecurity verification & validation methods for embedded systems is a plus
