Technical Bachelor degree;
Minimum 2 years` experience in the field of quality;
Experience working with quality tools (FMEA, PDCA-FTA, 8D, MSA, ANPQP);
Advanced level English;
Ability to analyze and synthesize, organization and thoroughness;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Ability to adapt to new situations a EUR" flexibility, dynamism, adapting to company`s requirements. Manages quality relationships with the company`s customers;
Process all information received from customers a EUR" registers customer complaints in the specific quality database;
Implements action plan at the customer`s premises and within the company;
Uploads a EURoe8D- responses to customer portals;
Manages customer meetings to quality plan follow up feedback;
Organizes customer visits for preventive audits;
Ensures the factory compliance with safety and regulatory requirements and special customer requirements;
Manages warranty claims (service network);
Recovers non-compliant parts: bringing (repatriation) to the supplier factory of parts declared non-compliant by the customer;
Perform first level analysis: perform initial diagnosis and preliminary analysis of recovered parts and sends reports to customers.
