We have an opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist to join us at Honeywell in Bucharest. As a Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless and personalized experience to our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations. Your goal will be to exceed customer expectations and build strong relationships with our valued clients. You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and you'll work out of our City, State location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall customer experience by providing timely and accurate information, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities:
Answer to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
Provide product recommendations and information to customers
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
You Must Have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Customer-centric mindset
Student in final year
